The accommodation
Chalet Number One offers particularly spacious, comfortable and homely accommodation for a maximum of 16 people, up to twelve adults in six double/twin bedrooms (four of which are en-suite) and additional accommodation for children. All the bedrooms are entirely individual in character – towels, bathrobes, hair dryers and toiletries are all provided. Please refer to the floor plans for more detailed information.
Upstairs is the large dining room where the delicious evening meals are served on a large rustic, larch-wood table. Next to that is the comfortable lounge with a wood burner in the interior of the original 500 year old wooden chalet, around which the stone walls of the chalet were constructed in 1668!
There is also a separate TV room with bunk beds (only available to groups booking the whole chalet), DVD and Playstation. Wireless internet connection is available.
There is a large parking area next to the chalet.
Please note that we do operate a no smoking policy within the chalet.
